While the long bureaucratic procedures necessary to make the Foundation operational are proceeding, in these carnival days, days that our Duccio particularly loved, we would like to introduce a first initiative of the Duccio Cipriani Avena Foundation to remember Duccio in a joyful and festive way, as he certainly would have liked: Duccio’s Wine.

The Foundation’s first initiative stems from the desire to remember Duccio in a joyful and festive way, as he certainly would have wanted too; and it is also an opportunity to support the Foundation and its future activities.

In collaboration with an excellent winery in Valpolicella, we had a special edition made: two wines from Verona, an Amarone della Valpolicella and a Valpolicella Ripasso, which often accompanied Duccio during the many convivial occasions with family and friends, with a label and in a wooden box signed Duccio.

Two wines to drink in company and to share, remembering and smiling.

At the moment it is available only in Italy and in many European countries in return for a donation to the Foundation and its activities.

We will also be happy to receive photos, videos or even writings describing the occasions and the people with whom you will have shared Duccio’s Wine.
